Hello all,

Does anyone know if there is a setting in Zen2009 for Zeiss LSM 710 that
compensates for loss of fluorescence signal detection as you penetrate
deeper into the sample?  i.e. as you image deeper (100 um), the system
automatically increases the laser intensity?
