Ibidi makes many versions of chambers.  Some do have glass bottoms.  We routinely use two designs in our lab with #1.5 coverslips on the bottom, but we want the larger open chambers for other experiments.

Hi Michael,

Be aware that Ibidi slides bottom are not made of glass and will interfere with a lot of reflection during imaging.
