We are presently using a 286 connected to the Bio-Rad MRC 500 and
intend to upgrade the computer to a 486. Would there be any problem
running the MRC 500 software on the 486? If yes, what are they?
 
If not, what hardware configuration should we be looking into?
Advices would be greatly appreciated.
