I am interested in finding a water-immersion objective (60X, 1.25+ NA)
for use only on-axis (scanning stage) and at 632nm only that does not
require a cover slip (as I understand is required with the new Zeiss
water-immersion objective -- for use with an inverted microscope).
Also I would much prefer an infinity tube length. I know about the
$10,000 Nikon WI which seems overkill for our purposes.

This is for use in laser-feedback microscopy (Optics Lett. 18:238 (1993))

Thanks,
