Subject: TIFF conversions

Do any confocal manufacturers generate multiple planes in a single TIFF
file or do all TIFF converters that are being used create a single TIFF
file for each section?

I always use a single TIFF file for each section. Sometimes, what I do is
to create a 3D reconstruction image and I convert it in a single TIFF
image, but as a single image. This is a 2-dimensional image format but you
can visualize a 3D reconstruction.I don't know any system to convert many
images in one TIFF file.
