I am having the Hopkins copyright professionals check out the legal
aspects of the proposed posting of information gleaned from searching a
CC database. The preliminary "feel" is that (1) it is a public access
database (i.e. of published titles and information) and (2) once the list
is generated, it is now my property (especially since I must reformat and
change the output before posting).
