Hmm there is an OpenGL for PPC, try contacting the company below. This is the
only data I have on it. If you get a copy, let me know what you think of it
though.

The first copy of OpenGL for Apple Power Macintosh (BETA) shipped June 9!
 
If you're interested in evaluating OpenGL on the PowerMac, drop me a note
and I'll email you the request form.  Appended to this msg is a brief
overview of the release.

Requirements:
 
    - Apple Power Macintosh
    - 16- or 32-bit video
    - Metrowerks CodeWarrior C compiler (release 5)
    - 10 MB free disk space
 
Some other features include:
 
    - Complete OpenGL with the following exceptions:
 
        8-bit RGB and color index modes
        AGL pixmaps
        Macintosh fonts (though some GL foints are available through the
          aux library)
        Auxilary color buffers
        Overlay/underlay planes
        Multiple Screens (applications run, however the OGL window
          may not straddle more than one screen).
 
    - OpenGL is supplied as a self-expanding Compact Pro archive
 
    - Complete OpenGL reference documentation as on-line Man Pages
