I'm a Botany student from the University of Genoa (Italy)
I'm working on the seed of Chamaecytisus prolifer
(Leguminosae). I will be glad to have information from
people using confocal microscopy on plant tissues
(specially seeds).
Mainly I'm interested on the histhochemical
characterization of the seed , I'm looking for a suitable
fluorochrome to identify hydrofilic tissues, the best
emission peak should be 530 nm because the seed is strongly
selffluorescent for other wavelength.
I'm also looking for informations about Nile red's
protocol.

                 Sincerly
