Hello, all --
 
A visiting investigators wishes to visualize the fibrillar component of marine
algal cell walls after fixation/preservation.   She wishes to use a label which
fluoresces in the fluorescein or rhodamine channel.  Any protocols or helpful
references would be appreciated.
