Could anyone recommend books or articles which cover simple morphological
analysis of three dimensional objects. I have a three dimensional volume
(composed of multiple two dimensional images) which I would like to
describe. Other than surface area and volume, what other measurements can
be made that would be analygous to 2-D compactness factor, compactness,
ect... I've seen a lot of literature on 2-D morphological analysis but I'm
having difficulty finding information on 3-D analysis. Thanks for the
help.
