Sorry, John.

4D Turnaround is meant to go the other way... TIFF, PICT, PICS or Bio-Rad
confocal files to QT movies with your choice of compression.

I have heard that the newer versions of NIH-Image
(http://rsb.info.nih.gov/nih-image/) can import QT movies, then you can
save them as a stack.  I'm not sure about this, however, so be sure to
check the owner's manual.
