I seem to recall several postings over the last several weeks about the
storage of sections for immuno. If I remember correctly they said to
store unfixed and frozen or there would be loss of binding. I have been
sectioning some fixed tissue and storing the sections in an ultracold
with hopes of using them in the future for other studies. Has anything
been published on this subject or are these the personal observation of
the people that posted to the group? In either case I would like to
know what others are doing and their experiences.

Thanks
