I really don't think you will be able to buy them except from the makers
of the microscopes. Certainly both the Petran and Noran Nipkow-disk systems
made their own disks. You don't say what you want them for, but I suspect
Noran may still have some in stock as spares for the systems they've sold
(but don't sell any longer). These are 'double-sided' disks. If you wanted
a single sided system I'd suggest you contact Gordon Kino.
I hope you also realise that none of the disks used in tandem scanning
microscopes are Nipkow disks in the sense envisaged by Nipkow! The entire
basis of his system was that only one spot on the specimen was illuminated
at any one time, whereas these microscope disks illuminate hundreds.
