Dear confocal list,

At our facility we have the option to use VoxelView (version 2.5.4. adapted for running on a O2 Silicon Graphics) for 3-D reconstruction of confocal data sets. At the moment it is used solely for the reconstruction of medical data from CT-scans. The software has no problem to import and render a single confocal z-series in the bio-rad format. I was, however, unable to open two or three z-series from multicolour labelling simultaneously and render each z-series in a different colour for the display of all three channels in one image. There was at least no easy to find command in the menue bar for this function. On the other hand I can' t imagine, that this function is no longer supported by VoxelView, as it was once -at least in its original version- used for this purpose.
Does someone know, whether there is a way how this can be accomplished in VoxelView ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks very much in advance.
