I like to announce the first release of an image analyser program.

DESCRIPTION

This program was developed to analyse so called linescan images made
by a Leica TCS 4D confocal Lasermicroscope. Linescan images are images
in which a single row of an object (e.g. cell) is scanned different times.
These rows build the whole image.

The program allows you to add new algorithms for analysis because
it comes with the full source code. (Nevertheless a basic knowledge of
object-oriented programming and the Java language is needed)

The program is written in Java and runs under all operating systems
for which a Java Developement Kit is avaiable.(Unix,Win,Mac,...)
