Colleagues:

A new series of Educational CDROMs has been developed by our
group at Purdue. The first of the Imaging Series is Vol. 1 -
"Microscopy, Image Analysis and 3D Reconstruction". The disk
editors are Jim Pawley and myself. Some information can be found
at

http://www.cyto.purdue.edu/flowcyt/cdrom/imgcd.htm

Sponsors who made this disk possible are: Bio-Rad, Nikon,
Chroma, CBI and VayTek. These vendors will have free copies of
the disc in their booths at Cell Biology. We encourage you to visit
these vendors to receive your free CDROM. The CDROM will
operate on all computer platforms.

We have 1 week before the disk will be closed (Nov 12). Anyone
who has some excellent fluorescent images, 3D reconstructions,
animations, rotations, confocal, 2 photon, powerpoint lecures on
confocal microscopy, or similar material please contact us at

[log in to unmask]
for information. There is still time to include your material. 5000
copies will be distributed world wide, beginning at the Cell Biology
meeting in San Francisco, December 12.

This disk is the 5th in our educational CDROM series distributed by
Purdue University Cytometry Laboratories. Please contact me
directly if you want more information than can be obtained on our
website.
