Anthony,

I have spoken with my colleagues and we all remember this poster from about
4 years ago at a heart failure meeting in Glasgow.  Unfortunately, nobody
has the abstract.  In the meantime here is a recent ref which uses only
Hoechst (not the combination) to identify apoptotic nuclei.  If I find any
others (and I will keep looking) I'll pass them on.
