Greetings

I am preparing to begin looking at colocalization of
molecules with the B cell receptor. I was wondering if anyone out
there knew of a good source for antibodies against some of the key
players (Btk, Fyn, Lyn, Syk, Src family, PI3K, etc...) which are
suitable for imaging. Also, is there a general rule of thumb regarding
antibodies used for westerns--are all/any of them suitable for imaging?

Cheers,
David
