Since Minneapolis and Saint Paul now have Immediate Runoff Voting:

Vote 1: (Combined: These two go well together because there are MT4 
templates using the U templates.)
* UThink showcase - demos and tips re. this U Libraries blogging and 
publishing tool, which uses the Movable Type platform
* 2009 university web templates - we're nearing the end of their first 
year of adoption; who's using them and what have we learned?

Vote 2: Anything Drupal.
