I use Urchin (but not google analytics), for University websites
because Urchin follows the U Online Privacy policy, and according to
policy, we'd have to write a customized privacy statement in order to
use google analytics.

That being said, most of the time Urchin offers the historical reports
I want.....  But the filtering ability is annoying - I have to contact
OIT to set up filters.  On sawmill (which was too slow), there was
much more ability to customize reports.
