Hello first years,

I am writing to implore you to take a role in AMSA leadership next year.
AMSA is historically one of the strongest and most vibrant student groups on
campus and it would be a shame to see it dissolve. Each year AMSA is a
little different and this year we had a lot of fun. Below are the programs
that AMSA put on either alone or with the help of other student groups:

Welcome picnic for 1st years
Clinic for RNC protesters
Primary Care Week
Health Policy and a Pint
Conflict of Interest programs/Pharm Free
Get Out the Vote
AIDS Week/Fundraiser
GLBT Health Disparities Week
Women's Health Disparities Week
Invisible Children Screening

AMSA is an integral part of med student life outside of the classroom and is
successful because of the energy of its members and support from regional
and national leaders.

Please Please Please don't let the UMN AMSA chapter die-out. Send me
