The 2003 ISHPSSB Program is nearing completion. The schedule is
slightly off because of various contingencies involving this year's
extremely high level of participation, issues about international
travel, communication issues via email, etc.

Email acceptances for papers and sessions have been emailed in some
cases twice (due to communication problems). If any proposer has any
doubt at all about the status of their session or paper, he or she
should contact the program chair immediately: Rob Skipper,

Please register by June 15, 2003 (not April 1, 2003). And please book
your hotel before the end of March, 2003 (these reservations can be
canceled as easily as made if necessary). Direct all local
