invites applications for an Assistant Professor in History and
Philosophy of the Life Sciences (0.8-1.0 fte) beginning in January

two-year postdoctoral fellowship (with an option for a third year).
The selected fellow will be expected to produce scholarly writings

January 2021, University of Pittsburgh. The aim of this virtual
conference is to bring together anthropologists, biologists,
historians, and philosophers of science to address the concept of
