Assistant Professor in Secondary Science (Box 710) in Grad. College of
Education, UMass Boston

Responsibilities include teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in
science methods for middle and high school; supervision of pre-practica and
practica; advising students; outreach grants work with urban schools.
Qualifications: Ed.D. or Ph.D. in related area; secondary level teaching
experience; preferably in a multi-cultural setting; some published
scholarship and a research agenda; familiarity with issues of theory,
policy, and practice that concern urban educators.  Send cover letter,
curriculum vitae, and three letters of recommendation.
