2. The Library and Archives at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, an 
academic research institute, is accepting applications for the 
2007-2008 Sydney Brenner Research Scholarship.  The scholarship is 
awarded annually to academics, independent scholars, and creative 
writers whose work will advance research in the history of molecular 
biology, genetics, or biotechnology.  Deadline for applications:  
September 30, 2007.
