1.  The Konrad Lorenz Institute for Evolution and Cognition Research
(KLI) in Altenberg/Vienna (Austria) invites applications to two of
its scholarship programs: the KLI Postdoctoral Grant program and the
KLI Visiting Scholarship program. The next application deadline for
both categories is December 20, 2002. At this time, the KLI will
favor projects that concern modeling and theory building in
evolutionary developmental biology ("evo-devo").
