 From the Program Chair:

The final program for the ISHPSSB 2005 meeting will include session
and paper abstracts. As I will need to download the abstracts in the
next two weeks to prepare the program, please CHECK YOUR ABSTRACT NOW
on the online schedule, including the session abstract if you are a
session organizer, so that it appears as you want it to on the
printed program. Many session organizers will want to delete notes
added to me in the overview. I need you to make any corrections by
June 2.

To find your abstract, go to the ISHPSSB home page at
<http://www.ishpssb.org/>http://www.ishpssb.org/ ; then click
on "Conference website for ISHPSSB 2005 in Guelph." Click on
"Presenters, abstracts, and papers," and find your name; then click
on your title. Your abstract should appear. If you like it as
is, you're done. To edit your abstract, go back to the conference
website page, click on "paper and session submission," then
login with your username and password (sent to you when your paper
was accepted). This gives you access to your information, including
your paper abstract and your session abstract if you are a session
organizer. Make any changes you want, and then click on "preview and
continue" at the bottom (NOT "reset form," which will erase all your
information). You will get a chance to look back over your
information before pressing "submit" at the bottom of the page.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU NOTIFY ME AND
YOUR SESSION ORGANIZER. Sessions are linked by email addresses, so
the same email address must be on the session proposal as on the
individual paper proposal for your abstract to be visible on the
on-line program.

Thank you all for taking the time to check your abstracts and
information--this will make for a printed program that is as accurate
as possible.

Sincerely,

Lynn Nyhart
ISHPSSB 2005 Program Chair
