submission of poster abstracts was February 28,2006; however,

2. Call for papers for the Ashgate Companion to Contemporary 
Philosophy of Biology.  This project will emphasize the importance of 
information-theoretic considerations as well as more familiar

3. Call for papers for the Society for Phenomenology and the Human 
Sciences 2006 Annual Conference, October 12 - 14, 2006, Sheraton

4. Call for papers: The Centre for Philosophy of Natural and Social 
Science (CPNSS) and the Department of Philosophy, Logic and 
Scientific Method at the London School of Economics and Political 
Science (LSE) invite papers by graduate students in any area of the 
philosophy of natural science (including general philosophy of 
science) for its second annual graduate conference.  The deadline for 
submission of abstracts is 21st April 2006.

5. The History of Science Society will hold its 2006 Annual Meeting

6. Brown University is seeking a qualified postdoctoral research 
associate to participate in a project in developmental psychology, 
applying dynamic systems  theory to the study of gender emergence in 
infants and toddlers. Those applications received by March 31, 2006,
