ISHPSSB 2021: We are pleased to announce that the ISHPSSB 2021
biennial meeting will take place as a virtual conference hosted by
Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory (CSHL). It is still tentatively
scheduled for 11-16 July 2021 but may extend to 21 July (to avoid Zoom
fatigue). Stay tuned for more details.

Fellowships: The Linda Hall Library is now accepting applications for
its 2021-22 fellowship program. These fellowships provide graduate
students, postdoctoral researchers, and independent scholars in the
history of science and related STS fields with financial support to
explore the Library’s outstanding science and engineering collections.
For 2021-22, instead of traveling to Kansas City, virtual fellows will
conduct research from off-site using digitized resources in the
Library’s collections. Deadline: 15 January 2021.

Job: The School of Life Sciences at Arizona State University invites
applications for a full-time lecturer position in bioethics with an
anticipated start date of August 2021. Deadline: 1 February 2021.

Writing-Up Fellowships: The Konrad Lorenz Institute for Evolution and
Cognition Research (KLI) in Klosterneuburg (Austria) announces five
Writing-Up Fellowships for late-stage PhD students working on topics
related to "Dealing with diversity in the life and sustainability
sciences," with an expected start date of September/October 2021.

Postdoc: The Max Planck Institute for the History of Science in Berlin
is advertising two postdoctoral scholar positions, one in the working
group "Proteins and Fibers: Scaffolding History with Molecular
Signatures" (Deadline: 20 February 2021) and another in the working
group "Out of Place, Out of Time" (Deadline: 29 January 2021). For the
latter, applicants should demonstrate a specific interest and
experience in studying waste of human or animal bodies.

Summer Program: The Center for Philosophy of Science at the University
of Pittsburgh is pleased to announce a call for applications for the
2021 PSP5: A Summer Program in Philosophy of Science for
Underrepresented Groups, which will be held in the Center for

teamed up with UCalgary Press to launch an Open Access monograph
series for Philosophy of Science. Philosophers of science can now
