At ~10:30 this morning, October 5, 2 Red-throated Loons were found on  
L Superior out from the Park Point Recreation Area. When I left the  
area 15 minutes later, they were still visible swimming N towards  
downtown. (Presumably, these are the same individuals found by Peder  
Svingen at 31st Street on October 1.) Earlier, 2 White-winged Scoters  
flew S over the lake out from 31st Street, but they continued out of  
sight and were not relocated.
