On Saturday at noon during the Salt Lake Festival one of the groups found a
Say's Phoebe at the irrigation equipment a few hundred yards north of Hwy
212 near mile marker 4.  Attempts later that day and on Sunday were
unsuccessful in refinding the Phoebe.
