I was able to find the Snowy Owl reportedly seen in Canal Park both tonight and last night at about 10:15pm. The owl habitually perches on the top of the flagpole that Canal Park Drive loops around (near the maritime museum).
Tonight, it also flew from the flagpole to the bridge. It landed at the center of the section of the bridge that lifts. Be aware that there are decoys on the bridge if you try to find it there.

Happy Birding!
