Birding at 40 MPH makes it so I can not submit to the records people.
Seen and needs confirmation by someone.

Gyrfalcon on the southeast corner of MSP (Hwy 5 at Post Rd).

My observations seen at 40 MPH with a head on direct flyover at under 20
yards.
Complete light underside. No elbow pads. Distinct helmet markings comming
around to a mustache. 1:45 PM, 1/15/09, open land, and very very cold.

Rich
PS No Snowy found at MSP today by me.
