A Boreal Owl was present at 4:20 pm today in Duluth at 1612 E. Skyline
Parkway. This yard is two doors west of Chester Creek on the lower side of
Skyline. There are lilacs on the east side of the house, where the owl is
roosting. This spot is easily visible from Skyline, and from the dead-end
alley below the house. Please do not enter the yard--not necessary in any
case.

The homeowners first saw the bird on Tuesday, but it wasn't around
yesterday. They have also seen and photographed a Sharp-shinned Hawk and a
Barred Owl in their yard this week.
