This is a message from Jan Green on John's email.

Karl Bardon, who is counting raptors at the West Skyline hawk count, 
called me to ask for this posting:
    This morning he found a female Barrow's Goldeneye at Hearding 
Island.  It was at the east side visible from 24th St.  There are a 
number of other duck species in the harbor as well.
