The White-winged Scoter reported by Abigail Anderson on Saturday was still present this morning on the Mississippi River just off the north tip of Nicollet Island swimming with a group of 5 Lesser Scaup. Easy parking and access is available at Boom Island Park on the west side of the river just south of Plymouth Avenue.
