Subject: Surf Scoters in Freeborn county

 

I found two Surf Scoters at State Line Lake at Emmons, Minnesota, south of
Twin Lakes this morning.  One appeared to be first winter and one an adult
female.  A few Scaup were about as well as Ruddies.
