Hey birders,

Last night there was no Cattle Egret in with the horses in the previously mentioned location. The habitat is still good and the bird may still be around.

This morning I attempted to relocate the Northern Mockingbird at Cobb River WPA and also failed to find this bird. This bird could still be in the area as well. Weeds and cattails are starting to grow up at the shorebird areas to the east of CR16. There were several Least Sandpipers, Lesser Yellowlegs, and Killldeer as well as Spotted Sandpipers, a single Solitary Sandpiper, and a single Pectoral Sandpiper. You may have to do a little searching for these birds now.

Happy birding!
