About a week ago I received a report from a friend that he had seen a Snowy Owl on a utility pole south of 700th St. On CR 3. I had been checking for owls there since mid-November without finding any until today. This morning I found an owl roosting on the ground in the middle of the section bounded by CR 3, 700th St., 120th ave., and 690th St.
