I found at least 3 or 4 Buff-breasted Sandpipers at about 6PM in a wet field on the south side of CR 5 about 2 miles west of CR 1 in the NE corner of McLeod County. They are a little tough to see in the weeds and there are a number of other shorebirds there. This is the same spot where I had a Puntail on Wednesday.
Look for the driveway marked 5282.
