I was at Salt Lake between 10:45 and Noon.  I checked both sides of the lake and did not see any Terns at that time.  Other species observed there were:
Ruddy Turnstone
Sanderling
Red-necked Phalarope
Wilson's Phalarope
 
Cattle Egret - A single Cattle Egret was observed on the West side of CR 7, about 1/2 mile North of the County line.
