I am posting this sighting for Deb Fellows.
 
Deb Fellows observed a Black-necked Stilt at 11:00 am in a flooded field just West of the town of Tracy.
 
From Tracy go West on Highway 14 and turn Left, South on 300th Avenue.  Watch for the flooded field on your left in about 3/4s of a mile.
