In addition to yesterday's very early Am Avocet and Marbled Godwits in
Lac Qui Parle and Big Stone Co's and today's Mountain Bluebird in
Stevens Co (already reported on MOU-net), the Minn Birding Weekends
group had 2 other sightings of note today, April 10.

- An early Cattle Egret near Herman along the W side of Grant CR 7,
1.2 mi S of Hwy 27. (This was near the site of yesterday's Brant
sighting; neither the Brant nor yesterday's Cinnamon Teal NE of Herman
could be relocated today.)

- A minimum of 3,400 Tundra Swans counted/estimated in a single
flooded field just N of Wheaton along Hwy 75; another 1,000+ were also
seen by our group ~5 mi NE of here along Traverse CR 14, for a total
of ~4,500 individuals.
