This morning from 9-11 a.m., we watched a male White-winged Scoter 
(apparent adult) on Long Meadow Lake (from Old Cedar Ave. Bridge 
observation platform). It was to the SE near the far shore, diving 
constantly, and was often hard to locate as it was underwater most of 
the time. A scope is necessary.
