The Snowy Owl off Hyw. 10 on 103 Street right before Little Falls which Frank Gosiak mentioned yesterday was present at around 9:30 this morning. Just as indicated by Frank, go ca. 1/2 mi in off Hyw. 10. This bird was on the north side of the road about 100 yds. in perched on the top of a dead tree about 12 feet up facing south into the sun. Very good look.
