This afternoon there were two Bell's Vireos at the location Diana Doyle
reported back in May. (near the SW corner of Lake Nokomis, between the
portion of the lake west of Cedar Ave and the even more westerly
cattail-edged pond)

The pair associated closely with each other. I tried to follow them to see
if there is a nest nearby, but was unsuccessful. If this pair is indeed
breeding, I believe it would be a first county record for Hennepin.
