I walked over to the Mississippi River over the noon hour and the White-winged Scoter found this weekend by Abigail Anderson was still present, just upriver from Nicollet Island. It was accompanied by 3 scaup, 4 Lesser Scaup were in a separate flock. One adult male Yellow-bellied Sapsucker was the only migrant I noticed on my walk along the river.
