Subject: [mou-rba] [mou-net] Winona Snowy Owl update

At 4:30 this afternoon the Snowy Owl which had been perched along the Mississippi River in Winona at Bay State Milling had relocated across the channel to a small island adjacent to Latsch Island, and was perched near the top of a tree on eastern edge of the island. According to my map, this is in a spot where the state line cuts across the tip of the island, so the bird may or may not be in Minnesota at this point, for those who are interested in that information.

Good birding!
