This afternoon, Judy Johnson and I birded Agassiz National Wildlife Refuse in Marshall County and found what we believe is a possible Eurasian Wigeon. It was observed at approximately 3:30 p.m. in South Pool, 0.7 miles east of the headquarters on County Road 7.
