An immature was seen by the Minn Birding Group this morning.at the Farmes Pool section of Agassiz. It was associating with a dozen or so Great Egrets. Also at Agassiz were 4 Hudsonian Godwits at the drawn-down Headquarters Pool: here and/or at Farmes Pool there was a total of 14 shorebird species. We also saw a Black-backed Woodpecker in Roseau Co in the burned area along Thompson forest road 7.5 mi NE of Hayes Lake State Park.
